IF YOU HAVE A TECHNICAL PROBLEM WITH YOUR SOLAR SYSTEM

Tell your installer as soon as possible. If they do not resolve this or dispute the problem you need to contact the MCS

IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER ISSUE

Again, ask your installer to address this. If they fail to do so you can contact Renewable Energy Consumer Code RECC who will investigate your complaint
