Provisional Member This category only refers to installers and does not have voting rights
Typically large company small company sole trader (as defined above) setting up as an installer of solar thermal and having the correct BPEC qualification, or equivalent, but not currently eligible for full membership having not yet carried out two or more installations under their own name	Use of logo Inclusion, as a ‘Provisional Member’, in List of Members (which appears on the STA’s website and is widely distributed in hard copy) Distribution of your details to other members likely to need to subcontract installations Receipt of monthly e-newsletter Invitation to trade events (and discounted entry fees etc where applicable) Regular updates with matters important to the industry Participation in STA’s AGM as a non-voting delegate	Large company £800 + VAT Medium company £400 + VAT Small company £200 + VAT Sole Trader £100 + VAT Plus extra charge of £20 + VAT if paying by monthly standing order
