As the 31 October EU Exit date approaches, we know that many businesses are suffering from a great deal of uncertainty of the impact on them, deal or no deal.
The STA, in partnership with BEIS, are hosting this event to provide support, and a forum for sharing of perspectives, for businesses operating in the renewable energy industry.
• What will be the impact on energy prices?
• How will the supply chain react?
• Will investors be delaying deployment of capital?
We will have experts with the latest electricity market modelling on hand and we’ll be taking an in-depth look at the industry from the perspective of SMEs right through to managers of international development portfolios.
Speakers from BEIS and DIT will present on the Government’s latest advice on no deal preparation. We will also hear from trade law experts on the potential risks to the UK solar/renewables industries and the best ways businesses can prepare – from supply chain considerations, to competing in EU procurement opportunities.
The day will conclude with a comprehensive audience Q&A session with our expert speakers, in which companies can also learn from each other about how different sectors of the renewables market are preparing.
This event is free to attend – register now to get prepared for Brexit.
N.B. If you cannot attend this event in person, an online livestream option is available
