  • How to set standards for O&M providers: benchmarking

  • Universal approach/formula for calculating PR and Availability
  • Defining metrics which give the most appropriate indication of plant performance
  • Cultivating a strategic and collaborative relationship with DNOs (need specifics?)
  • People – NVQ qualification/certification for a PV O&M engineer
  • Warrantee information sharing amongst O&M providers
